The first part was released in 1988 movie. Prince Akeem Joffer (Eddie Murphy) prince of Zamunda came to America to find true love. Even the prince had the desire of an American Bride too and he found Lisa McDowell (Shari Headley) of Queens.
This sequel was written by Kenya Barris, David Sheffield, and Barry Blaustein. In this sequel, the king has to announce the name of the prince but he has only three daughters. According to kingdoms rule throne must have a male heir. To make the situation worse Military General of the neighboring kingdom has eyes on Zamunda.
Now the king has to decide for the throne and kingdom during this drama he realized that during his tour of America. He had an affair with Lavelle (Jermaine Fowler) and both have a son.
Now he has a chance to correct his mistake and take his son back to the throne. So he decides to revisit America and meet his son. First, his son doesn’t entertain him but after seeing the money behind the deal he decides to visit Zamunda.
The new prince and his mother (Lavelle) handle everything with no responsibility to the kingdom.
During his mental and physical training for the throne, he gets to know about the authority and responsibility of his role. During this session rival general also plan to attack Zamunda which suddenly changes his thinking like a real prince.
It is a story of a roller coaster ride of a kingdom with lots of humor and comedy (Which is mandatory). As we can ensure this by the artists.

Simon Cowell had a safe and successful surgery following an electric bike accident which broke few parts of his back
On Saturday evening Simon Cowell landed in the hospital after breaking his back from falling of his electric bike in his home in Malibu.
The spokesperson of “Americas Got Talent” judge told the People that the accident happened on Saturday afternoon as he revealed that, “Simon has a fall from his bike on Saturday afternoon while testing the bike in the courtyard at his in Malibu with his family.”
As the spokesperson continued he revealed that Simon hurt his back and was taken to the hospital. And though he is under observation he is doing fine. The spokesperson added that, “Simon has broken his back and will undergo surgery this evening.”
The sources have revealed that the surgery through which Simon underwent took almost 5 hours and underwent a number of producers which included having a metal rod put in his back; and was in the end successful.
On Sunday night Simon Cowell was in pretty good spirit while he made his first public comment after he underwent the surgery to fix his broken back from the electric bike accident.
Simon Cowell thanked the medical staff as he recuperates.
