Our physical fitness has a great influence on our mental health. Gym teaches us patience. When we start the workout, we sweat, breathe heavily, fatigued muscle but after we are done, there is a feeling of unlimited happiness. It is because of a hormone called ‘Endorphins’, a hormone your body releases when being physically active. It is the reason why most people choose to go to the gym or a run-in morning, to get a head start above everyone else.

Even more important reason to exercise is your body posture cause people with bad body posture cause them to appear insecure and sad but also change their mental state and it works both ways. If you have a good body posture then not only you will look happier but become happier and more secure too.
Nowadays we have a very busy schedule office, coaching’s, etc. sitting for hours and hours which affect you physically and after some time you feel that there is a problem in my body and this thought will affect you mentally, drop confidence, divert your mind from your goals and stress is the easy addiction when we having these kinds of thoughts.

Bodybuilding helps people to become self-confident and people wrongly assume that the muscle is the reason which changes the attitude but there are other factors too. As soon as you start a workout you find out that the mirror is your best friend and your worst enemy too. Looking in it will always reveal something new on which you have to work on and this kind of self-criticism is necessary if you want to self-improve because it hits you much deeper than anything else. You learn to accept yourself because knowing about your weakness is not enough until you want to change it. People struggle to overcome their doubts in their mind and to take action in order to get better because something deep inside them won’t let them believe that they need to invest themselves if they want success. Which is a failure, our society portrays failure as a negative thing and you should avoid falling into it but the gym teaches us failure is not a bad move but it a step towards improvement or an experience by which we will bounce back with more strength and courage. In the gym, we go and lift weights but at certain times we fail to do it but it gives us the motivation that next time I will surely lift it and bang it, which help us to increase our limits.

Supercompensation, a scientific term that defines, as soon as you overreach a certain capacity your body has, then you will get stronger. So, the number of times you overreach your limit, you will be more and more strong every time so failing for a bodybuilder is nothing new but most people don’t get that it works the same in your life too.

We can achieve a better version of ourselves if we do exercise. It will improve us not physically but also mentally and many other life aspects too.
