The actor who proved himself a great actor with his varied choices of films, Abhishek Banerjee bags another film with Dharma Production. The movie is titled Ajeeb Daastaans and he will be sharing the screen with the gorgeous and talented Nushrat Bharucha. The duo has worked before and they did miracles on the screen. They are coming back together after two years on the big screen for their new journey with Ajeeb Daastaans.
We have seen Abhishek Banerjee and Nushrat Bharucha together two years ago in Dream Girl. Their chemistry, story, and whole experience were not only appreciated by critics but it was also a huge success commercially.
This time Abhishek Banerjee will be playing the role of a hopeless romantic, which is first for the actor. Both the actors were very ecstatic to meet and work together after a long time. They really enjoyed working together and hope the film is received as well.
The actors did quite well individually in Shandiliyaa’s Dream Girl and only the best can be expected from them working together as a couple in their newest venture in Ajeeb Daastaans. Everyone seems excited about this new project.
Ajeeb Daastaans is a film about four stories of dysfunctional relationships and explores various aspects of love and relationships. It is produced by Dharma Productions. Karan Johar announced a total of 5 Netflix projects along with Ajeeb Daastaans, which were Finding Anamika, Meenakshi Sundreshwar, Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives, and Searching For Sheela.
The actors are currently working on multiple projects separately. Abhishek Banerjee is working in Arunachal Pradesh for Bhediya and Nushrat Bharucha is filming her first horror-comedy Chhorii which is a remake of the Marathi-language movie Lapachhapi.
