ashtanga yoga is how Miley Cyrus keeps are abs rock solid

Have you ever seen abs which Miley Cyrus proudly shows off. The body she has is soc chiseled and give us ultimate fitness goals. Her energy on stage while performing is just so phenomenal. It shows her great strength and cardiovascular training. 

Miley knows how to get out of comfort zone and carve her own niche. Among many things about her which surprises us, one is clearly ‘her fitness regime’.

Her Instagram feeds give the glimpse of her active lifestyle. 

Miley Cyrus swears by ASHTANGA YOGA

But that not at all means that you can find her in gym lifting the wights and doing crunches. She swears by her favorite workout regime of ‘yoga’ that too ASHTANGA yoga. A technique which gives her lot of cardiovascular strength with control on her breathes. this explains her energy packed stage performances.

In one of her appearances in jimmy falcon show she said that it’s been several years that she is been doing yoga. She dedicates 2 hours every day for yoga.

Miley Cyrus has her PILATES studio

Another exercise which she is regular at is PILATES. She is doing Pilates since 2013, there was a rumor that she even installed a Pilates studio at her home. so that she can focus on her core exercise without getting out of the house. She works out 6 days a week.

While posting one of tehri black and white picture her ex-husband wrote that she has got abs like turtle.

HIKING

Even when she is not regularly working out Miley makes sure that she is active by adopting activities like hiking and walking her 7 dogs. She loves hiking on trails in Los Angeles.

WALL SIT UPS AND SQUATS

Miley was diagnoses with tonsilitis and was hospitalized for same in 2019, she underwent a surgery for it. Even after such scary problems she has been able to keep her fitness and lifestyle healthy. In one her Instagram post she displays her practice of doing wall sit ups to help her do vocal rehab. she has even posted videos showing that she is practicing it regularly.

REST AND ACTIVE RECOVERY

It seems that even when she is on holiday, going under rest and recovery she is still active. When she went to Arizona, she took up kayaking with her dog and trekked through the canyon

Her life is not sedentary at all, she owns 2 mini horses, seven dogs, 3 cats, one pig which certainly keep her active even when she is not in a mood to do regular workouts.

PLANT BASED DIET

Miley Cyrus has adopted a plant-based diet in 2013, since then she has been extracting her nutrients from everything vegan, that she doesn’t consume liquor, not she takes any drugs. Though earlier she was vocal about the fact that she was earlier into substance abuse but since a long time she has come out all neat. she accepted that she doesn’t smoke, drink, or do drugs any more.

Miley Cyrus emphasizes the fact that people need to take care of their mental health as much as they take care of their physical health.
