Wonderful movies like Udta Punjab and Lootera had brought Anurag Kashyap and Ekta Kapoor together to produce together and yet again joined their forces for Dobaaraa starring Taapsee Pannu.
Dobaaraa will be directed by Anurag Kashyap with Taapsee Pannu to be the leading lady.

Cult Movies is a newly stepped out branch of Balaji Telefilms, belongs to Ekta Kapoor. The movie will be co-produced with Athena and The Vermillion World Production owned by Sunir Kheterpal and Gaurav Bose, respectively.
Taapsee Pannu added that the movie is kind of a thriller and that she had been very lucky with the thrillers she had been offered. She has a soft spot for being pushed towards a genre like a thriller in her career so far. The movie might be very unique and that is because of the duo of Anurag as director and Ekta as the producer. It is the second time Taapasee working with Anurag after their collaboration in Manmarziyaan and with Sunir after Badla. She is really excited to work with Ekta for the first time with her production CULT.
