The answer is no you can Google it many celebrities make a good physique without Protein shakes. certain other things are required to get a good physique.

1.Motivation and dedication.

if you want to change your physic then you need to add some changes in your lifestyle not for 10 or 15 days but for a long time for which you need dedication and motivation.

2.Eat a balanced diet.

For a balanced diet, your diet should contain a good amount of carbs protein, and fats for this you need to eat vegetable fruits milk eggs, nuts, milk, and if are vegetarian you should replace meat with nuts.

if you maintain a well-balanced diet then you will lower your blood pressure better glucose control weight loss improved arthritis lower cancer risk and lower cardiovascular risk.

3.Avoid process sugar.

I take sugar from fruits or carbs then we get sucrose from its breakdown which is not instantly mixed in our blood. The liver will release that sugar according to body need but if we consume processed sugar instead of sucrose, we get fructose which is directly released in our bloodstream, this causes fructose overload in our liver then it converts this overdose into fats instead of energy. Fat is under our adipose tissue which causes triglycerides and cholesterol. You can replace artificial sugar with natural sweeteners like honey, Jaggery powder, and stevia.

4.Start calculating your calories.

 For this first, you need to find how many calories you need. I want to weight loss then you must eat under this bar and want to gain weight than eating 200-300 calories excess than the minimum requirement. At least calculate your count for 21 days, after that you will get habitual with the calorie count of most of the food you eat.
