Parineeti As Saina Nehwal; Biopic Releases On March 26

The story of Saina Nehwal, who has brought glory to India with her game over and over again, will be shown to the world on March 26. The biopic starring Parineeti Chopra as Saina Nehwal is directed by Amole Gupte. With recent discussions that uncovered we found out that the makers of the film Saina will release it on Amazon Prime Video. It might have a theatrical release but that is an idea put aside.

Earlier with the Central Government announcing 100% occupancy in theatres, many filmmakers have been considering theatrical release. Although not all state governments have been implying it due to the scare of new strains of the virus. The cast and crew of Saina believe that since it is a sports movie and it will be received well with a shared audience experience on the big screen. No final answers have been out yet and this is under discussion radar.

The release date of the biopic was also a conflict. They were not sure if they wanted to release the movie on March 26th or April 9th. That has been settled now. The biopic is going to get to our screens on March 26th. Bhushan Kumar, under the banner name of TSeries, is backing up Saina along with twenty more major films this year, is all set to release the movie ASAP.

Saina along with Mumbai Saga was supposed to be released in OTT platforms only but most probably will take the theatrical release path. Let us just hope for the best for both movies to do well.

Parineeti Chopra has been a busy chap the past few years grabbing some very important films. Her kitty also happens to have the Bollywood remake of The Girl On The Train by the same name, meant to be released on February 26th on Netflix. Whereas she also has been working with Arjun Kapoor on Sandeep Aur Pinky Farrar.
