Acting with the intensity in eyes Ajay Devgan has honed up his skills well over past few years. his new project Maidan is in post-production stage. Boney Kapoor on an exclusive interview has revealed that his production house has worked hard on this movie. The film maker is super excited for his upcoming films. T film maker boney Kapoor in a n interview has told that maidaan will be a sports drama depicting the best years in the sports of football.

Further he added that he has seen the production and shooting of the movie and he loved every bit of it. He said that he has seen the movie production only partially. The time when he saw the shooting the heart of the movie which are the scenes of the matches,shooting of which did not take place.

Ajay is playing the role of a football player Sayed Abdul Rahim. The director according to boney Kapoor has levelled up his direction from badhai ho to maidaan.

According to boney Kapoor maidaan will be Ajay Devgan’s highest grossing movie. And this will become the benchmark in his career. Boney Kapoor also praises the actor for his acting skills.

He revealed that the film will not only be revolving around the football only. But also, it will have the elements of emotions ana drama. The movie will bring to the lime light how the football as a game has evolved in our country. The movie is depicting the ups and downs of the game which people are not aware of.

Unfortunately, the set of the movie got destroyed in the cyclone tuktae. The film makers had to incur lot of losses in it. The set was of stadiums. Shooting of the few of the matches were left.

The actress Priya Mani is playing the role of wife of Sayed Abdul Rahim, the first coach of Indian football tea. Priya Mani reveals that it was great working with Ajay Devgan. She said that she got a chance to learn so much from him as he talks with his eyes.

Further more she shared that she and Ajay Devgan had connected on s Rajamouli. Because Ajay sir has worked with him in RRR and Priya Mani has worked in the yamadonga.
