Label Loma Vista Recording abandoned all contracts with Marilyn Manson’s ( Real name- Brian Warner) after sexual assault allegations by her ex- Girlfriend Rachel Wood.
Manson begins working with Label in 2015 for his record, ‘The Pale Emperor’, with a wonderful contract in which the singer holds all rights of music and the company will distribute it. The contract remains the same for his next albums ‘Heaven Upside Down’ and ‘ Last Year’s of We are Chaos’.
Marilyn encounters plenty of blasts on social media after Evan Rachel Wood opens up about the singer’s reality. Several women accused him of sexual assault, rape, death threats, etc.
When these issues outrage the internet Record Label instantly reacts to the news and releases statements that they will instantly stop promoting everything related to him and decided not to work with him.
Rachel and Marilyn officially start dating in 2007, when she was 19 and he was 38. They continued their relation till 2010, after that both separated their ways. On these allegations, Manson responds that his life and art is like a magnet for controversies but these alligations pushed the limit he can handle, he claims all allegations are false.
Alongside his music career, Manson acted in a number of films like ‘ Lost Highway, Sons of Anarchy and Salem, American Gods, and also the godfather of Lily-Rose Depp.
Rachel is a prominent activist against domestic violence and stands with Phoenix Act Domestic Violence Bill which was passed in 2019 as a law in California.
