Chris Hemsworth’s body Double Holland Hanton share his thoughts on bulkiest Thor.
Chris Hemsworth has attained his physic to the next level for the new Marvel movie ‘Thor: Love and Thunder’.
This transformation creates difficulty for his body double Holland Hanton, He mocked by saying “I hope Chris should stop gaining more muscle”.
Holland shares his views on the Australian breakfast radio show ‘Fitzy and Wippa’ that the muscular Chris become, he has to sustain the same body size too.
He is performing with Chris since 2013. He is a former gold medalist gymnast at the national level and a semi-professional footballer too.
Both partners hit the gym twice a day for several hours and enhance their food intake to gain muscle.

“We exercise together all the time, even we are on an equal strict diet, Chris is now the bulkiest Thor you will ever see so I need to get in my biggest size too. It is the biggest test for me but I am ready to take this challenge.”Hanton Said.
They are on a strict diet in which they have to eat every two hours. Hanton add “It becomes a task and I don’t enjoy that much eating”
He also breaks the rumors regarding Chris’s back pain that he is struggling with his back.
He said lifting heavyweights create enormous tension on ligaments but the body recovers.
On 12th January his Chris wife Elsa Pataky posted a picture in which a couple is swimming in a natural habitat but he is so gigantic that it was difficult to click him on the frame.
On looking at Thor’s body everyone’s like “Yeah, look at the muscularity” on these reactions Hanton like “ Yeah, amazing but now I have to gain this much too”
Hanton texted Cris on followers reaction saying ‘Thanks dude, it will be going to much harder this time for me’
It is good to see that both buddies doing great even after years.
