The beauty Queen of Hollywood, Angelina Jolie has always proven that she is not only just a beautiful face but is also a deadly action star, who can easily rip and steal your hearts without breaking a sweat. The American actress, film producer and humanitarian started her career from the age of 7 by doing small roles in movies. Her rise to prominence was done after the movie “Lara Croft: Tomb Raider” as an action star in the year 2001.her lean and svelte body shape made her look more of a deadly but beautiful woman.

Even at the age of 45 she can still maintain that fit and sexy look is no miracle, the hard work and intense work outs and the dedication towards the fitness is the key to her beauty.  With the image of an action star Angelina Jolie has to keep herself and her strength at its top notch conditions, her most of the popular movies “Lara Croft: Tomb Raider”, “Beowulf”, “Salt”, “Maleficent” and many more are all of the same genre that is action movies; and for all the movies she had to adapt to different workout regimes to perform her roles perfectly.

For her role in Maleficent which was released in the year 2014, her workout regime was of yoga she needed a full proper and strong control over her body as to make her fly. Angelina Jolie went under an intense training for the lead role in “Lara Croft: Tomb Raider” to perform her fight scenes and action scenes with full perfection. 

She follows circuit training workout regime which involves arms, chest, legs, abs and many more parts of her body. She makes sure that she keeps her core trained and fit, while she invest a lot of time in taking an intense care to maintain her svelte structure from leg curls to dumbbells.

Angelina Jolie has been using yoga sessions to keep her muscles toned. The yoga workout regime helps her maintain that sleek body while it stones her muscles and distresses her with ensuring the constant increase in her strength. To get stamina and strength to do films like “salt”, “Lara Croft: Tomb Raider”, “Mr. & Mrs. Smith” and many more, Angelina Jolie chose Kickboxing workouts and martial arts training to boots her stamina and strength with enhancing the flexibility of her body.

As the roles demands her workouts and diet plan changes with it. To help her muscles built up she takes high protein diets, low carbohydrate meals while she also consumes a lot of steamed vegetables, fruits and lot of water to keep hydrated.

With the dedication she shows in her every role is the reason why she is call the Queen of Hollywood. With every different role she takes, she changes her workout plans to maximize the impact of her character. No wonder she still looks like she is in her early 30’s with a perfect body structure.
