Moxie, New Netflix Movie directed by Amy Poehler based on the context of Feminism.
This story is based on the book by Jennifer Mathieu with the same title ‘Moxie’.

The story begins with the story of Vivian (Hadley Robinson), a single child of a single mother. Recently she joined a new high school and found that there is a ranking system to give girls sexists names.

Famous senior boys used to put new names on girls to make fun of them like Most bangable, Best Ass, Best Rack, etc.
School staff tries to take the exit gate every time they receive such complaints from girls. Even school staff also put restrictions on girls and boys are set free.
Vivian discusses this event with her mom, her mom advised her to “bang that thing which is creating problem to you”.
Her mom (Amy Poehler) also smashed patriarchy at her school time, which inspired Vivian.
She decides to start a magazine name ‘Moxie’ to show her views and spread the feminist view as she was fed up with the sexist and toxic status quo at high school.

She used to do these things secretly by putting the printed magazine in washrooms.
By this, every girl review this magazine and start supporting ‘Moxie’. Which lead to form a Moxie club with all types of girls who were facing criticism by these boys dominating practice.
Boys who want to change such a scenario also joined the moxie club to represent unity.

Vivian set a protest to bang all these old practices which set bars on girls. This protest surprise the school staff who tries to stop such protest because of their narrow-minded thinking.
This whole sole drama leads to many ups and down because change is not easy to implement. It takes time, Patience, and lots of courage to stand against general society rules.
