chyna’s claim were termed as absurd and court dropped the case
Kim kardashian got the clean chit in the defamation case . Apparently Blac Chyna has filed a defamation case on kardashian jenner family. According to the court there was no such statement given which has led to any kind of defamation towards rob and chyna star. The lawyers of chyna had said that they are confident on this case. Meanwhile,They said that they just need to prove that kim, khloe, kylie and kris jenner were present in defaming chyna. The jury investigated into all the communication between Jenner and kardashian family through mails, texts and other communication network.
On Friday, the court has revealed that kim had no part to play in defaming chyna . Hence the court has altogether dismissed the defamation charges and suit of skims founder. But this does not end here. Kim has not got clean chit. She did not get clearance on the case that she has interfered in the contract. The charges are that kim has used her influence to put an end to the show of herself and ex fiance Rob. But the series executive has said that already the channels like VH1 ,mtv and other such channels were not interested in taking up the shows of rob and chyna.
Meanwhile, chyna is suing for the emotional damages , the economic damages ,loss from the tv appearances, clubs and social media. Chyna has sued for $100 million for economic loss. The attorney of kardashian and jenner ,michael rhodes has said that the chyna is making false and absurd claims. On the same hand we know that pete davidson ,partner of kim kardashian has been giving lot of support to kim. He has appeared in the court case of chyna ‘s defamation case in last session. We could see Pete davidson also hugged the star and shared the kiss in the hallway of the the court.
Chyna had asked the court to grant her some more time to file the issues. but the court rejected it saying that she had 11 hrs to file the same. The court rejected that plea of Chyna. this legal dispute has started from the year 2017. Chyna even sued rob. She has claimed that rob has physically and mentally abused her. She has accused him of maligning her image and her brand. In his social media account rob has said that Chyna has abused him. Also chyna was into adultery and substance misuse.
