The Kardashian-Jenner family has been Hollywood’s well known family all over the world. Prominent in the field fashion designing and entertainment, the family has always been the prime focus, reigning over the Hollywood Industry.
According to recent Hollywood’s trending news, veteran manager and matriarch Kris Jenner has been sued for harassment, by a former bodyguard (identified as Marc McWilliams). According to the legal documentations, he accused Jenner for alleged sexual harassment, racial and gender discrimination and a Hostile work environment after working for the Kardashian family from May 2017 until he was suspended from his duties in September 2018.
The report alleges that Kris Jenner remarks were of a sexual nature, mockery, belittling and humiliating mistreatment regarding his and other employee’s physical appearances and sexual activities suggesting he engage in a sexual relationship. He stated that he became the subject of unwanted sexual advances and otherwise harassing misconduct through non consensual physical contact in an inappropriate and sexual nature. McWilliams claimed that he complained the Human Resources but no action was taken until he faced the retaliation from Kris by removing from his duty to work alongside Jenner in September 2018.
Though he continued to provide security for Kourtney Kardashian who is also named in the suit but not accused of doing anything.
Resulting this lawsuit, the guard faced retaliations for his complaints attacking his character and job performances. He experienced severe pain and suffering as well as severe shock and Injury to the nervous system, as stated in the lawsuit report.
Addressing the situation in a testimony, Marty Singer, lawyer of the Kardashians responded to the lawsuit denying the accusations, stating then as fabricated and false fiction. He was stated that the guard was frequently caught sleeping in his car while on the job.
Singer further claimed that the guard never made any complaints to his employer and since the security company stopped assigning McWilliams to work there, he seeks damages, though the lawsuit does not name a figure for damages, contriving this ludicrous claim a year later.
In retaliation, after defeating this lawsuit, Kris and Kourtney intend to immediately sue McWilliams and his attorneys for their malicious prosecution.
