Jennifer Lopez is sharing some inspiration for traversing the main Monday of 2021.
The performer and entertainer, 51, shared some motivation on Instagram as two presents on commencement the week.
In the principal post, Lopez shared a photograph of herself in the rec center wearing a white games bra and dark stockings doing an arm exercise. “Monday morning!! #2021 Let’s get it!!!” she wrote the caption, tagging Ana Carballo.
In the next post, she shared a video of herself on the beach with the caption, set to “Life Is Good” by Future and Drake. In the clasp, Lopez, wearing a red swimsuit and a modified robe that had her keep going name carved on the back, spreads her arms wide as she watches out over the sea before moving into a stretch.
Lopez’s posts come only days after her New Year’s Rockin’ Eve execution in New York, where she sang Aerosmith’s notorious hit “Dream On.”
In an Instagram post of her presentation shared on New Year’s Day, Lopez said that the tune’s title is filling in as her 2021 mantra.

Talking with PEOPLE a month ago, Lopez said she was wanting to start the new year with a “positive and cheerful viewpoint.”
