Wonder Woman, Gal Gadot astonished us with her action and fighting sequence in WW1984. 35-year-old Gal performs all her action sequence running, climbing, fighting with a magical lasso on her own. The secret behind it is her fit body. She is very strict with her fitness seclude. A healthy mind and body are the key elements of a happy day.


She is working on Wonder Woman, she used to wake up early in the morning, drink smart water, go to the gym, do an intensive and broad workout. She did a lot of cardio, strength training, action sequence choreography, and flexibility workout.
For the first time, she includes ‘Pilates’ in her workout routine because she feels there is a relaxing thing about Pilates that they help in opening the rib cage and allow to more focus on breathing.
While talking about her gym routine, we are not dealing with a half or an hour workout. We are dealing with a 4-hour vigorous workout because she wants to give her best shot in action scenes. She has a strict diet plan for the whole day, which starts with eggs, fruit, and coffee and continue with veggies. She loves veggies, eats lots of salads. She tries to stay low on carbs and high on protein.


Her chef said when she craved something heavy than he always goes for grilled cheese with Manchego cheese stuffed in it. Gadot’s diet plan is one of the key elements of her wellness.


She works on all aspects mentally, emotionally, creatively, physically. So, she finds more time for herself while she out her oldest daughter ‘Alma’ to sleep than there are lots of guided meditations which we should play for her daughter but she enjoys it too and falls asleep there.
One she habits she added is drink a lot of water keep yourself well hydrated.
