Michigan university grants hughes artist in residence fellowship to Swara Bhaskar.
Swara Bhaskar has yet another feather in her hat. No one is oblivious of the fact that she is a great actor . And she has given some of the strong performances . She has been quiet vocal about her opinions. Whether it be social, political or cultural field she always shines with her stand and independence and logic. No wonder that she is eligible for the fellowship of university of Michigan.
Swara Bhaskar has recently taken a trip to United states. She has taken part in the Oscars gala. Apart from that she has also been apart of the success party of BRIDGERTON 2. lately we have been speculating that what is the one thing which brings her to the united states.
Recently Swara Bhasker has taken to her Instagram and informed the happy news to her audience. She has revealed that she has finally received her fellowship at centre for South Asian studies. She has received Hughes artist in residence of the university of Michigan.
For unversed we must tell that this fellowship is only awarded to the artists and writers and all kind of performers. This is given for their contribution in their respective field of art.
She will also be the main speaker in the symposium of school information. She will be speaking on social media influencers and political economy in Africa and south asia.
While speaking in an interview Swara Bhaskar has mentioned that she feels extremely happy. She thinks that this is a great honor on to her. Further more she said that she will get lot of academic material. Also a lot of knowledge through faculty, libraries and students. She can take classes as per her interest. This fellowship will help her broaden her horizon of understanding of cultural and academic issues.
Furthermore it is interesting to note that, she was part of the guest list of dinner at Simone Ashley.
Simone Ashley threw the dinner party to celebrate the success of the Bridgerton 2. Swara marked her presence there. She was waring a maroon saree with an embellished blouse.
At another event she met lily Singh, Mindy Kaling and Priyanka Chopra in the Oscars gala celebrating south Asian talent and contribution in the the industry. She was mouth full of praises to Mindy , lilly singh and Priyanka Chopra . She said that she is grateful to share the space with such dynamic and talented women like these. Swara Bhaskar even wished Simone Ashley good luck for her new ventures,
